An information and communications technology (ICT) tutor might help a student learn to use technology for educational purposes by teaching him or her how use certain programs. The use of technology in education is considered more student centered than traditional classroom teaching. It replaces rote memorization with interactive tools to engage students in their learning process. Students gain exposure to a wide range of information in various formats to enhance their education.
It is easy to believe that ICT has a positive influence on learning and many parents and teachers are convinced ICT offers better learning opportunities than ‘traditional’ approaches. The large financial commitment in schools and homes is evidence of the positive thinking about ICT and its potential to improve student attainment. For many students the novelty of the equipment is a motivational factor in their learning. The attention should, however, be focused on whether the ICT is engaging the student and enhancing the learning.
Insurance is always a good idea. While many students may be covered under their parents, having their own not only prepares them for the future it gives extra peace of mind.

Change..Its starts with me
Everything starts from small things or an easier one. So change must starts from ourselves first Days are passing while we are growing and a lot of things are changing.Change is the solution of our problem.
If we want to become better and improve, we must change especially the bad things and our bad attitudes. Change can help us to reach our dreams and goals in life. As a youth I have to change a lot of things, my lifestyle and my attitude. And I hope by doing this I can say that I am a better person I will be happy and contented.
Change is also the solution to all the problems of our country that are facing right now such as corruption, poverty and many more. Our leaders should change their way in governing our country so that our country will become progressive.
Change must starts from us-youth because we are the hope of our country.

My Dream,My Future
What do you think about dream and future? Are this two are the same? What are the difference of this two words? And, what is the connection of dream in future?
Dream is an images or ideas ocuring in the mind during sleep while future is relaying to time yet to time yet to come. My dream is to finish my studies so that in future I will reach my ambitions in life. One of my ambitions is to become a successful business woman someday. I will do my very best to finish my studies because this is my way to reach my dreams in future. I promise to myself to do my best so that in my future, my life will be success. And, hope I will find someone whoi deserves my heart.
Do not break your dream. Just continue to strive so that in future all of your dreams will be fullfill.

"Responding On Climate Change"
What comes first to your mind if you hear the word "climate change"? Is it dangerous to us? Anyway, climate change is any change in climate over time, attributed directly or indirectly ti human activities that alter the composition of the global atmosphere in addition to natural variability.
What are the vulnerabilities of the Philippine ecosystem ti climate change? As the country's population grows and ecosystems are continuosly degraded, floods will worsen the condition of low lying coastal areas especially for fisher folks and informal settlers. On human health, there will be an increase in problems and deaths due to greater frequency and severity of heat waves and other extreme weather events. Largely to be affected are those suffering from respiratory and cardiovascular disorders on they have lesser coping capacity.
